Hello and Happy Hump Day! Hope you are having a great week! I am trying to adjust to the much colder temperatures.
I was at the gym yesterday doing my weight lifting program and many thoughts ran through my head. A few of them were:
- WOW! There are a lot of people here working on their health. Yeah for them.
- WOW! There are a lot of people here, that machine better be free when I want it.
- Glad to see so many women in the weight lifting area.
- The men don’t look happy to see so many women in the weight lifting area.
- I love the leg press machine.
The more I continue strength training, the more I remember how much I love strength training and how strong I feel after. I found these wisdoms throughout the interwebs and wanted to share them with you.
