I loved this one. I think a lot of people have the mindset that you can enjoy life OR be healthy. In actuality, you can have BOTH. Being healthy doesn’t mean completely giving up all your favorite foods or all your time to workout. A 1 hour workout is only 4% of your day. The Mayo Clinic recommends everyone be active for 30 minutes per day. That is only TWO PERCENT.
Are you saying in your mind you will start on your healthy journey at the beginning of the year? Why wait? Why not start now. There are 8 weeks from today til the New Year. Imagine all you can do during that time. Find a new gym, get into a routine of working out, start by discovering new healthier breakfasts. No reason to wait. Think about how great you will feel when 2014 starts.
