Winter Walking, Circuits, & Lady Vols!

Happy Tuesday! Last night I went to Workout Anytime for my equipment orientation. I am really looking forward to getting back to circuit weights. While there, I got to test out their new Hydro-Massage bed.

OMG!!! Love this bed! I was in it for 3 minutes and it felt great. You can change the speed and the pressure. With the gym’s premium membership, you can use it anytime you want. Thinking about converting my membership.

After the orientation and massage, I walked on the treadmill for a while. After all these months of walking outside, the treadmill seemed very different. It is nice to have a place to go when it is dark or rainy outside.

This morning was Day 1 of my morning exercise. It helped that I woke up super early (like 2) and had trouble getting back to sleep. This morning I did 24 minutes on the bike trainer. That seems much harder than actually riding the bike. I think because you don’t get to coast at all.

Tonight I am going to the Lady Vols basketball game. GO VOLS!!!
