Good morning and Happy Monday! I had a FABULOUS weekend with the TDF ladies and am now certified to teach TDF Bootcamp:
Let’s talk workouts . . . then I will share a few pictures from the weekend!
Last Week’s Workouts
Monday – 30 minute treadmill, 60 minute Core Barre
Tuesday – 30 minute treadmill, 60 minute Core Barre
Wednesday – 60 minute Core Barre
Thursday – Planned rest day to do final errands and packs for weekend getaway
Friday – Lots of driving, sitting, standing, and walking – no formal exercise but lots of steps
Saturday – Participated in a 60 minute bootcamp then worked out for ??? while we learned to teach it. Also over 13,000 steps.
Sunday – More walking + a 1 mile fun walk
This Week’s Workouts
Here are my tentative plans:
Monday – Rest Day
Tuesday – Group Training or Walking Outside
Wednesday – Core Barre
Thursday – Yoga and possibly Core Barre
Friday – Rest Day
Saturday – Expo 5K
Sunday – Yoga
I am leaving today up in the air and will wait and see how I feel after a full day’s work. I didn’t sleep well either night of the retreat plus I am still pretty sore from Saturday.
