Happy Monday! Another week is here! And it looks to be a beautiful one! Let’s catch up from the weekend.
Friday was a busy work day followed by a two-hour eye appointment. The end result is more eye surgery in July. More on that later. Then Friday night we had dinner with our friends including the adorable munchkin. Saturday I got up and went to the gym, then headed home for lots of house work and computer work. Saturday night we decided to celebrate Cinco De Mayo early to avoid the crowds tonight. There were definitely a few of these:
Sunday was spent doing laundry, relaxing, grocery shopping, and enjoying the beautiful weather we had:

Tuesday – 20 minutes treadmill, 60 minute Core Barre
Wednesday – 20 minute treadmill, 60 minute Core Barre
Thursday – 30 minutes walking outside
Friday – Rest
Saturday – 30 minute Circuit Training
Sunday – Recovery
The difference between rest and recovery: Rest was planned to give myself a day off from activity. Recovery yesterday was unplanned but necessary. I truly hurt all over from the 30 minute circuit training I did on Saturday. It was a new instructor and some new to me moves. WOW! Still feeling it this morning.

Thursday – Planned Rest Day to Get Hair Cut/Colored
Friday – Treadmill and/or Weights
Saturday – Yard Sale Day
Sunday – Yoga (tentative)
Saturday I will be at a yard sale from early in the morning until mid afternoon. My guess is that will be my activity – up and down all day. I will need the remainder of the day to finish preparing for our mother’s day crab and shrimp boil on Sunday. Yoga Sunday is tentative. Most important is to be with our Mom’s that day.
