Happy Monday! We had a beautiful weekend here in East Tennessee, but the storms they are coming. We are expecting rain and storms pretty much every day this week. I took yesterday to run errands like get my MacBook Pro fixed, grocery shopping, etc. I have lunch ready to be packed for today and tomorrow.

Last Week’s Workouts
Monday – Sick – some type of migraine or something knocked me for a loop
Tuesday – 20 minute treadmill + 30 minute circuits (took it easy, still wasn’t 100%)
Wednesday – 10 minute treadmill + 60 minute Core Barre
Thursday – 45 minutes walking outside
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Color Me Rad 5K (recap coming up tomorrow)
Sunday – Rest

The workouts could possibly change due to the weather forecast. In the event of hail storms, I will be high tailing it home and will do an at home workout. No more 5Ks on my schedule until late May.
