Happy Monday! Did you have a great weekend? Hubby and I went off-roading on Friday. You can see some of my pictures here. Saturday I spent the day doing chores – cleaning the house, doing laundry, doing dishes, vacuuming, grocery shopping, getting gas, etc. Sunday was a day of rest and relaxation. We had a lot of Datelines on the DVR and they were all surprisingly good. We got outside for a while and I enjoyed a walk while hubby rode his bike. Dinner was cooked on the grill.
I very much enjoyed my three-day weekend. It was much-needed. Even better is I have TWO three-day weekends in May. WOOHOO!!!

Monday – 20 minute treadmill + 60 minute Core Barre
Tuesday – 30 minute treadmill + 60 minute Group Circuit Class
Wednesday – Gardening (pulling up dead plants and putting down mulch)
Thursday – 30 minute treadmill + 60 minute Core Barre
Friday – Off-roading
Saturday – Housework
Sunday – 30+ minutes walking outside
I intended to go to classes on Friday and Saturday morning at the gym. However, I also knew my body was craving sleep so I decided not to set any alarms. I slept TEN hours both nights. So fabulous.

Tuesday – Group Circuit Class
Wednesday – Core Barre
Thursday – Walking Outdoors
Friday – Rest Day
Saturday – Color Me Rad 5K
Sunday – Yoga
Depending on how I feel after Core Barre, I may try to take Body Flow. I am also going to limit my treadmill time before classes and concentrate on strength training (except for Group Circuit class day).
