Weekly Workout Roundup

Hello and Happy Monday! Did you have a great weekend? Friday this happened. I went from this:


to this:


The new me! My glasses have progressive lens and I have spent the weekend trying to get used to them. Definitely weird wearing glasses after 20+ years of no glasses.

My workouts for last week:

Monday – 20 minute treadmill + Free weight arms (was sore for days after)
Tuesday – Planned Rest Day
Wednesday – 25 minute treadmill + Core Barre
Thursday – 25 minute outdoor walk
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Walking at Big South Fork
Sunday – Yoga!

This was a pretty solid week of workouts. My arm workout was definitely a killer. My arms, chest, and shoulders were still sore on Thursday.

This week’s plans:

Monday – TBD
Tuesday – Core Barre
Wednesday – Weight Lifting
Thursday – Yoga
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Walking races in the AM and PM
Sunday – TBD

This is a fairly calm week so I hope to get in some great workouts and lots of walking. We are having beautiful weather here in Knoxville!
