Weekly Workout Roundup

Monday, Monday. Weren’t we just here? Let’s do a quick weekend recap.

Friday night we had dinner with friends. I was celebrating passing my TWO Google AdWords certification exams, so I had an adult beverage. This is a Rocky Top Tea. It was delicious.

Saturday was housework, shopping, and target practice. Sunday was laundry, grocery shopping, and relaxing. I was super excited to see that Honeycrisp apples are back in season. This is my favorite apple!

Last week on Monday I did a motivational post because I needed to get back to regular workouts. I think i helped. My workouts for the week:

Monday – 30 minute treadmill (forgot SOCKS!)
Tuesday – Weight machines in circuit room (2 sets each) + 5 minutes on pro strider
Wednesday – Rest
Thursday – 15 minute treadmill + 1 set in circuit room (hit 7 PRs)
Friday – 10 minute FitnessGlo video
Saturday – Housework + Target Practice
Sunday – Walked 1 mile (before the rain)

This week’s plans:

Monday – Weights
Tuesday – Crazy busy evening
Wednesday – Core Barre
Thursday – Weights and/or Walking
Friday – FitnessGlo Video
Saturday – Walk while hubby runs trail race
Sunday – TBD

I have got to figure out what is going on with my Garmin. It decided to freak out and not work yesterday. I know it is charged, so that’s not the problem. I haven’t used it in a while but need to. Hopefully it is fixable.
