Mom and I did some mother/daughter shopping in Pigeon Forge on Saturday. We decided to head to The Island for lunch since we had never been there. It is new and still under construction. We had lunch at Margaritaville. The food was delicious and it was such a fun place!
The Island has a Tervis Tumbler store! I love their tumblers and usually am drinking out of one at any time. I bought this one especially for my beach trip in a few weeks!

My favorite post-workout snack is 1/2 cup of chocolate milk! Yum!

Last Week’s Workouts
I really did a terrible job at logging my workouts, so I don’t have a lot to say. I did workout 5 out of 7 days and took 2 rest days.
This Week’s Workouts
Monday – Strength workout + HIIT cardio
Tuesday – Core Barre
Wednesday – Strength workout + HIIT cardio
Thursday – Core Barre and/or Yoga
Friday – REST or walking
Saturday – TBD
Sunday – TBD
Saturday and Sunday will quite possibly be deep house cleaning and organizing. I want to get everything cleaned and organized this weekend. The next weekend is Labor Day and I want to be able to relax and have fun. The following weekend I will be at the BEACH!

Thankfully this week I have NOTHING planned in the evenings after work except for my workouts. That’s good because the following week I have something planned EVERY evening (which I try not to do). I am also going to try to give blood this week.
