Weekly Workout Roundup

Good morning and Happy Monday! Hope you had a fantastic weekend. My weekend was pretty low-key and relaxing. My Saturday consisted of some pool time in the morning:

Now, let’s talk workouts . . .

Last Week’s Workouts

Monday – Rest Day + Physical Therapy for foot
Tuesday – 20 minute HIIT treadmill, 10 minute HIIT elliptical
Wednesday – 15 minute treadmill, Core Barre
Thursday – Rest
Friday – Lots of arms (bicep curls and overhead shoulder press) working on a project
Saturday – Neon Vibe 5K (review coming soon)
Sunday – 1 hour of jumping, sliding, crawling, & playing at Pump It Up for 5-year-old birthday party

I did NOT get my strength workouts in, but I did get a lot of activity in so I am not too worried.

This Week’s Workouts

Monday – Core Barre
Tuesday – Hair cut and color
Wednesday – Lean & Strong Strength Workout
Thursday – Yoga
Friday – Lean & Strong Strength Workout or Rest
Saturday – Lean & Strong Strength Workout or Rest
Sunday – TBD

Looking forward to both a Core Barre AND a yoga class this week. If I can also get my strength workouts in, all the better.

    Kayaking across a lake and up a river, followed by a hike to a waterfall. Then back again!
