Good morning and Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend. We had an absolutely beautiful weekend here in Knoxville. We really couldn’t have asked for better weather. I even made it to the pool for an hour or so every day! A few photos from the weekend:

Last Week’s Workouts
Monday – 2 rounds in circuit room, 15 minutes elliptical, 5 minutes treadmill
Tuesday – Rest
Wednesday – 2 rounds in circuit room, 15 minutes elliptical, 5 minutes treadmill
Thursday – Pilot Fireball 5K: 48:39 – not a PR, but close. Beautiful evening for a walk.
Friday – Rest Day
Saturday – Rest Day
Sunday – Rest Day
Yes, that’s a lot of rest days, but trust me when I say tonight will be all about movement. I also did lots of “core barre” like movements while in the pool.
This Week’s Workouts
This week I start my Lean and Strong Challenge with Suzanne through Fitocracy workouts. I am also heading to Elizabethton today to see the new TDF Studio by Crystal Honeycutt. Trust me when I say Crystal and team will make you sweat.
Monday – 5 classes – 30 minutes each
Tuesday – Rest (after 2.5 hours on Monday and the drive up and back, I will need the rest)
Wednesday – Lean & Strong Strength Workout
Thursday – Hair & Family Dinner
Friday – Lean & Strong Strength Workout or Rest
Saturday – Lean & Strong Strength Workout or Rest
Sunday – Walking at Ijams Nature Center – weather permitting (while hubby runs his race)
