Last Week’s Workouts
Monday – Rest / Memorial Day
Tuesday – 15 minute treadmill + Core Barre
Wednesday – 30 minute treadmill + 15 minute arms
Thursday – Yoga
Friday – Rest
Saturday – Yoga + 4 Hours Housework
Sunday – Lazy Rest Day with hubby
I definitely tried to ease back into workouts after last week’s mostly rest week and my foot issues. Turns out my foot issues are a little worse than originally thought. The nurse called late Friday afternoon and said I have a bone spur and arthritis of the heel. Not sure what I am supposed to do / not do about these. The doctor is supposed to call me this week. I will keep you posted.
This Week’s Workouts
For June I have set some fitness specific goals including try new classes, limit Core Barre, and make sure to yoga once a week. My tentative plans for this week include:
Monday – Body Flow (new to me)
Tuesday – Group Circuit Class
Wednesday – Core Barre
Thursday – Yoga
Friday – Rest Day
Saturday – All day yard sale
Sunday – TBD
Obviously once I talk to the doctor, everything could change. But this is my plan for now.
