The Wall Squat Challenge
This week’s challenge is the wall squat challenge! How long can you hold one? Challenge a co-worker or friend to see who can hold one the longest!
Wall squats are a great exercise to strength your legs – especially your quads. For all you runner’s out there – this is a great exercise to prevent “runner’s knee.” They can be done with or without a stability wall and/or weights. You can truly do them just about anywhere.

On a personal note, I was dealing with a family emergency last week and only managed to get in one workout. My new coach and myself decided I would just start fresh today. My goal is three workouts (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and to follow my training and rest nutrition plan. I am still dealing with insomnia and wish I had gotten more than 4 hours of sleep to start the week, but it is what it is. Off to the gym! Have a great day!
