What do you need?
- The desire to start moving and have some fun!
- Good walking shoes!
- A place to walk safely or access to a treadmill
- 3 days a week that you can walk (starting with only 15 minutes the first day)
- A water bottle
- A watch, stopwatch, phone or something to track your time
