With Thanksgiving a mere 4 days away, Christmas 31 days away, and New Year’s 38 days away, the holidays are rapidly approaching. Now is the time to make a plan to stay healthy (and sane) during the busy holiday season. Here are some tips to hep you thrive this holiday season:
Don’t forget to schedule some exercise in there as well. If you run/walk, find a Turkey Trot or a Jingle Bell run. If you prefer the gym, find some new strength training exercises to try. Love Yoga, Zumba, Jazzercise, etc. – put them on your calendar and try to add in one extra workout a week.
