Good morning and HAPPY TUESDAY! Last night’s workout was a great outdoor walk. Thankfully it wasn’t too terribly hot or humid. Walked a little over 2 miles in less than 40 minutes. One of my faster walks since surgery. Tonight’s workout will be strength and cardio. The cardio will either be the elliptical or hula hooping (or maybe a combination of both).
The weather forecast for the week calls for rain almost every day. This is not good for two reasons. One – I am off for four days and was hoping for some pool time. Two – The yard needs mowed but isn’t having any time to dry out. Luckily my neighbors are all in the same boat.
