I am loving our three day weekend. I bought a hammock and it is quickly my new favorite place. Cheered on my guys at a 5K Sunday night. Today (Monday) I hope to get to try stand up paddleboarding. This week’s challenge is the superman challenge! How long can you hold one? Challenge a co-worker or friend to see who can hold one the longest!

- primarily targets and strengthens low back muscles
- ideal for those who sit at a desk all desk
- helps prevent posture problems
