Good morning and Happy Thursday! Hope you are having a great week. Yesterday I traded my workout time for a bubble bath and nap before dinner. It was so relaxing. I think I made the right choice!
LOVED this graphic when I saw it. So many of us stress about the number on the scale – especially during this time of the year. So, instead of a number, let’s share and be thankful for all the wonderful things about ourselves and our bodies.
I will start with three things:
1. I have a cute nose!
2. I have healthy thick hair that does great with cuts and color and grows quickly!
3. I rock walking 5Ks!
Kind of hard putting wonderful things about yourself in writing. But now I want YOU to share.
