Monday afternoon, my friend Tami and I headed to Elizabethton, TN for the grand opening of Crystal Honeycutt’s TDF Studio. Crystal is the brains behind Train Dirty Fitness. She is all about empowering and encouraging women and she definitely knows the struggles that many women face. You can read more about her HERE.
She and her instructors were offering 5 thirty minute classes for their grand opening. The schedule went like this:
5:30 TDF Boot Camp
6:00 Glow Zumba
6:30 Piloxing (combination of pilates and boxing)
7:00 Rip N Sexy
7:30 TDF Glowdance/Glowkick
I was a sweaty mess after all of these, but I loved every second. I wanted to share some of the photos I took. Seriously, if you are anywhere near Elizabethton, be sure to check out their schedule and attend a class or two.
