TDF Abs & Booty Challenge Variations

Yesterday I talked about how I am doing the Train Dirty Fitness Abs & Booty Challenge this month. Today I thought I would share some of the different variations of each exercise that you can do. Don’t forget you can break down the exercises into easily manageable chunks. Maybe 10 at home, 10 when you get to work, 10 after lunch, etc.

ABC

Jumping Jacks

Regular jumping jacks . . .

Low impact jumping jacks . . .

Different variation of a jumping jack . . .

Squats

Body weight squat . . .

Plie squat . . .

Goblet squat . . .

Planks

Straight arm planks . . .

Elbow planks . . .

Side planks . . .

And truly there are tons of slight variations on each move. Do a quick search of YouTube if you are getting bored with the exercise you are doing. There are always regressions (ways to make something easier) and progressions (ways to make something harder).
