Good morning and Happy Monday! Did you have a great weekend? We had a great dinner with friends on Friday, I had a 31 Celebrate and Connect Meeting on Saturday, and we relaxed and ran errands on Sunday. Got tons of stuff done! Got some cute new red, white, and blue clothes for the 4th of July. A cute outfit to wear to work on the 3rd, a tank top for my 5K that evening (shown below), and a dressier tank top for Friday (we usually do something with friends).
Normally on Mondays I do a weekly workout roundup, but since last week’s workouts were pretty nonexistent, I thought I would do a giveaway instead. First though – planning ahead for this week’s workouts:

Wednesday – Body Combat
Thursday – Body Attack or Aqua Yoga
Friday – Rest Day
