#SweatPink Wrap Bracelet Giveaway

Good morning and Happy Monday! Did you have a great weekend? We had a great dinner with friends on Friday, I had a 31 Celebrate and Connect Meeting on Saturday, and we relaxed and ran errands on Sunday. Got tons of stuff done! Got some cute new red, white, and blue clothes for the 4th of July. A cute outfit to wear to work on the 3rd, a tank top for my 5K that evening (shown below), and a dressier tank top for Friday (we usually do something with friends).

Old Navy USA Tank Top

Normally on Mondays I do a weekly workout roundup, but since last week’s workouts were pretty nonexistent, I thought I would do a giveaway instead. First though – planning ahead for this week’s workouts:

Monday – HIIT Training or Weights
Tuesday – Women’s Networking Dinner (off)
Wednesday – Body Combat
Thursday – Body Attack or Aqua Yoga
Friday – Rest Day
Saturday – Aqua Cardio
Sunday – Walking or Biking

How do you plan to #MoveItMonday? Even if only 10 minutes, try to get some activity in today. Be sure and check out #MoveItMonday’s website for some workout ideas. Planning on walking today? Send MoveItMonday a #walkie, a selfie while walking, on Twitter or on Instagram!

Last week I ordered this fabulous #SweatPink wrap bracelet from Fit Approach. This is another of the Momentum Jewelry wrap bracelets that I have talked about in the past done specifically for Fit Approach. I now have three of these wrap bracelets and LOVE them.

When I received my package, I had not ONE but TWO bracelets. So I emailed Fit Approach to see if I could give the second one away instead of returning it, and they said YES.

So, you have a chance to win this fabulous #SweatPink wrap bracelet. I will announce the winner on Friday’s blog. Open to US Residents only.

  1. Last week was so hot here, that my exercise mojo just completed left me. This week I’m back to it, and doing as much indoors as possible!

  2. Favorite way to sweat is running . . . although this week it seems to be pretty easy to sweat just by stepping out into the humidity for a split second

  3. Love a good walk, enjoying nature at the same time.

  8. I have been exiled from running for a week due to a minor injury, so today was my first day back. Started with a round of Hatha Yoga this morning, then a nice gentle 4 mile run. Went to work, had a nice day, and finished off the afternoon with a 30 minute core session and 1 hour aqua jog. #sweatpink #sweatpossible

  9. My favorite way to sweat is power walking. I can get my heart rate up where it needs to be without being too hard on my knees.

  10. Today was arm, back and chest day! I love to run but due to a pulled muscle I have to take the week off from running. πŸ™

  14. My all time favorite workout and way to sweat is boxing! I love, love, love it when I can participate. It’s been a while so hopefully one day my arm will heal and I can get back to it.
