Summer is officially here!

HOT, HOT, HOT! Summer seems to have arrived. Walked yesterday evening and this afternoon and it was HOT. Weatherbug was reporting 84 with a heat index of 86. And it is only May. Yikes. Check out how beautiful it was outside:

Do you use Check out my profile here. My goal is to walk 3 times per week at least 30 minutes each session. Saturdays are often 5Ks. I also do yoga once per week.

So I mentioned last week that I bought these Champion walking skorts:

LOVE them. Definitely worth it. They are chafing a little, so now I am trying some of the Body Glide. I will let you know how that works.

Off to clean up and get ready for dinner.
