Good morning! Happy Wednesday! I am now completely unpacked from vacation and everything has been washed. There was sand in EVERYTHING! I do love the beach and the ocean, but the sand is just annoying! I have washed all my clothes, beach towels, tote bags, and shoes.
I still need to go through all of my photos and write a couple of blog posts on the restaurants and hotel. Until then, here are a few random things.

It was hard being back at work yesterday. I made it though! And, I got to have lunch with my friend A, which is always a treat!
Let’s talk workouts. Here was mine yesterday.
- 45 second plank / 45 second bridge
- 20 minutes steady cardio on the elliptical
- The lower body workout from Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp
- Later in the evening I went for a 30 minute walk.
After a few days break, I thought this was a pretty solid workout. My legs were TIRED. I am thinking they were still tired from the drive on Monday. I also seem to have gotten into something I am allergic to. My upper left leg is all broken out. Today’s workout will be arms and some cardio.
Did you watch American’s Got Talent last night? It was the final 12 of the top 48. They could have almost been the top 12 – most of them were amazing. Sad that only 4 acts can go through to the finals.
