October 2014 Goals, Intentions, & Plans


Can you believe October is here already? We are into the final quarter of the year. It is only:

  • 29 days til Halloween
  • 56 days til Thanksgiving
  • 84 days til Christmas
  • 91 days til 2015
  • 100 days til my birthday

So, I think I will set a few specific goals, intentions, and plans for October and then this weekend come up with a plan until my birthday.

Here we go:

  • Make either a yoga or Core Barre class each week
  • Walk a 5K – I have really been neglecting my 5Ks this summer
  • Fun girls weekend in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg
  • Monthly 31 meeting
  • Monthly networking meeting
  • Work on new website!

October is turning out to be quite a busy month for me. Another goal is to not have any weeks where there is something every evening. I need my gym time and down time.

  1. I think I’m going to try a barre class this month — have never done! Can’t believe we’re talking about OCTOBER already!

  2. It is crazy to think that Christmas and 2015 are coming so soon!!! I think one of my goals would be to find a few quiet evenings this month as well…Sept was crazy busy and October doesn’t look like it is going to slow down!

  3. I pretty much just have one fitness-related goal–I need to get back on a regular workout schedule! It always disappears when I’m home/on vacation. Ack!
