Monday, Monday. Here we go again! I spent most of the weekend resting and relaxing. Since it rained ALL weekend, those were the perfect things to do. I did get my hair cut/colored and went grocery shopping. And hubby and I had a date night at our favorite place. Spicy Noodles – YUMMY! Best thing about Spicy Noodles is having leftovers for lunch the next day.
In case you missed my past couple of posts, here they are so you can check them out:
On tap this week:
- Health coach studying plus a live webinar this weekend
- Follow up doctor appointment
- Lunch with my Mom
- Planning 31 open house
- Iron Man 3 opens
- Cinco De Mayo
I already miss walking and participating in 5Ks. And I KNOW the doctor will say 6 more weeks before I can start anything. While I have plenty to do in the meantime, it is still a struggle. I do plan to go with hubby and our friend J when they run and enjoy the sunshine (whenever we see it again).
I spent quite a bit of time on Pinterest this weekend and wanted to share a few pins I found with you. Remember to click on the pin and it will take you to the pin on Pinterest, then click once more to be taken to the specific article.
If you are in weight loss mode (like I am), these are 7 great things to do on Sunday to help make sure you stay on your weight loss track. I have really got to get in food planning and prep mode.
I also found this pin that leads you to the “perfect day of eating.” While the times may not fit into your schedule at all, the activities, meals, etc. are something to considering when planning your day. And don’t forget to SLEEP.
And lastly, build a better you, one habit at a time. What healthy habit are you starting this week or concentrating on this week? Since I have indulged some since Friday and winning my DietBet, it is time to get back on track – especially important since I won’t be working out for a while. I will start with drinking all my water again. So very important.
Pinterest is a great place to find ideas for everything, not just health and fitness. You can check out my boards here.
What’s on your agenda this week? What do you do on Sunday to plan for the week ahead? What healthy habit are you starting or concentrating on this week?
Enjoy your day!
