I get tons of requests for guest posts, so I created some guidelines.
1) I control everything that goes on my blog and have the right to refuse any article at any time.
2) Guest poster must have an active blog (fitness, healthy, lifestyle, food, etc.) and be active on at least 2 social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.). I will review these before accepting any guest post.
3) All articles must include a guest bio with author photo and links to the author’s blog and social media channels.
4) All content must be unique and created solely for Your Path To Fit.
5) All outgoing links must make sense to the article or will be deleted.
6) I cannot guarantee a specific publication date.
7) No freelancers or staff-writers, please.
8) Author must provide an original photo that pertains to the post’s topic that can be used with the guest post.
