Sweat! It is good for your body, but bad for your clothes.

With just the two of us in the house, I only do laundry once a week. That means sweaty clothes and regular work clothes meet in the laundry basket. There are also clothes from my gym bag and locker.   1. Seems like I do some sort of laundry every day! I am a sweater! And my husband is not. Role reversal there! 😉 I definitely wash my sweaty workout clothes separately from everything else.
