TGIF! I am counting down the hours til my NASM CPT exam. A little over 24 hours from now. YIKES!!!! At this point I am ready to get it over with. I just have to remember that I have two full hours to take the exam if needed. I need to SLOW DOWN and read the entire question and all the answers. I also need to not second guess myself. Normally when I second guess myself and change the answer, I change it from the correct answer to a wrong one.
Regardless of the outcome, I will have a GREAT Saturday. I have a 60 minute massage and a shampoo and style scheduled after. Sunday afternoon hubby is running a trail race and I will be going to spectate. My plan is to do a short hike to try to get some photos.
