So many people (myself included sometimes) eat much too fast. Make each meal/snack enjoyable and an event. Don’t rush. Savor each bite.
Making online workouts your own by Tamara – Every come across workout graphics online and think – I have got to try that one. Then upon further inspection you think it isn’t for you? Tamara lists some ways to modify the workouts to make them your own. I completely agree with her statement – “Always make the workout your own.”
Holistic Fat Loss: Is It More Effective? by Suzanne – I am a huge fan of Suzanne and her training style. She understands it is not all about the number on the scale (which I much appreciate). Plans for the weekend? I have absolutely nothing on my schedule and I love it. There will definitely be housework since I have been gone for the past couple of weeks, but I also hope to get outside and enjoy this beautiful weather we are having.
