I love the get excited to look cute at your workout. Completely agree. A new workout outfit can get you in the mood to get back in the gym or back out on the running trails.

Something I have been doing each morning is as I leave a room, make sure it is as cleaned and picked up as possible. Things in it that don’t belong? Take them out when I leave the room. Tamara lists some ways to modify the workouts to make them your own. I completely agree with her statement – “Always make the workout your own.”

Holistic Fat Loss: Is It More Effective? by Suzanne – I am a huge fan of Suzanne and her training style. She understands it is not all about the number on the scale (which I much appreciate). Plans for the weekend? I have absolutely nothing on my schedule and I love it. There will definitely be housework since I have been gone for the past couple of weeks, but I also hope to get outside and enjoy this beautiful weather we are having.
