Five Must Read Blog Posts
Shrimp On The Barbie by Kath – When I saw this recipe I immediately sent it to my husband (the cook in our family). We both love shrimp and summer is of course the perfect grilling season. 5 training elements to include in every workout by Tamara – Tamara lists the five different elements you should include in every workout. My guess is many of us skip the ab work and the flexibility work. How do you plan your workouts?
Monday Inspiration: Spring Clean Your Life by Rachel – Love these ten ideas to spring clean your life – and they have nothing to do with cleaning out closets or dusting. Pick one or two each week to start working on.
Make it a Skinny & Fun Memorial Day by Sarah – Check out the BBQ Apple Cheddar Turkey Burger that Sarah shows. I just need to buy an apple corer and then I think we might make some of these. I think it looks amazing. Her skinny cocktails also look delicious.
The 5 Best Books for Your Fitness Journey by Pamela – Looking for something new to read for on your journey to health. Check these out – and not a diet book in there. Which one would you pick? Or what book would you add to the list?
