Friday’s Fabulous Five . . .

Happy Friday

Hello and TGIF! Another Friday is here. We are expecting thunderstorms off and on all day today and tomorrow. That’s fine as long as Sunday stays pretty for the races.

Well, I did yoga again last night. I have decided I just don’t like this particular class/instructor. She is sweet enough, but I am looking for relaxation/restorative yoga and she is completely power yoga to the Nth degree. I have tried her class three times just to be sure. There are so many different classes and activities out there that you should never feel stuck/trapped in one. Fifteen minutes in and all I want is OUT. So, I won’t be doing this one anymore. I will be trying to make Sunday’s class every week – it is exactly what I am looking for.

Today will be about stretching and balance using FitnessGlo videos. Tomorrow I will do circuit training and Sunday is the 5K.
