TGIF! Happy Friday! Definitely feels different when you start the week on Tuesday instead of Monday. For me it means time to work from home again today.

I am sure by now you have heard of Maya Angelou’s passing. I thought I would share some of her quotes scattered through the post today.

so you need a rest day by Lindsay – How often do you take a rest day? Obviously I take them when the doctor recommends them, but normally Fridays are my true rest day. While you should certainly take one full rest day a week, sometimes you might need more. Remember – better to listen to your body and take an extra rest day than injure yourself and possibly be down for days or weeks.

    Also, speaking of eating healthy…the quote from MA that you included is the one that I tell myself over and over again when I think back to the soy sausages (among other things) that I fed my son when he was a toddler because I was afraid of fat.
