Hello and TGIF! Happy Friday! It may be Spring, but it feels like Winter around here. I am ready for temps in the 60s/70s.
The past two days have been great workouts. Wednesday I walked on the treadmill for 1 mile and then did a 60 minute yoga class. I couldn’t understand why my legs tired out after a mile and then I realized my lunch didn’t have much protein in it. Thursday I walked 1.25 miles on the treadmill and then did my 30 minute TRX class. That class is HARD. My core definitely needs strengthening. I do love all the arm exercises on it. If you have a chance to try TRX, I highly recommend it.
Today will be a rest day, work day, and errand day. I am taking care of my friend A’s condo while she is in EUROPE! This is her first trip overseas and I am so excited for her.

They offer a free 15 day trial, which I have signed up for. I plan to start trying some of the workouts this weekend. I am especially looking forward to the stretching one. I hope to find one or two I can do at work. If you have an iPad, they plan on there as well as a desktop computer.
Planner Time by Meghann – If you love ErinCondren.com planners, but think they are too expensive, check these out. I love that they come undated and you can start anytime. You can also add extra months if you want. Pretty sure this will be my next planner. Also, their shipping time seems pretty decent. I had to wait over 3 weeks for my Erin Condren planner.
