Food, Exercise & Doctors

Good morning and Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend. You can check out the first half of my weekend HERE. Yesterday I took care of the laundry, lots of computer work, then had Christmas with part of our family. We also put up our Christmas tree.

This week contains quite a few exciting things that I will be blogging about. It is also my last full week of work until after the New Year. I am very excited to have a few days off here and there and a long 5 day weekend for Christmas.

I found this on Facebook over the weekend. This is so true. How much better off we would all be if we would turn to exercise instead of food when we are angry, bored, upset, etc. Angry? Go lift some weights. Bored? Find a group exercise class. Upset? Turn on some of your favorite music and run outdoors or on the treadmill.

Another Facebook find that I loved. Definitely the best six doctors around. Love that water and sleep were included. How many of these doctors do you have in your life?
