Monday is HERE! After being gone for four days the previous weekend, I have felt 2 weeks behind all week. I FINALLY got caught up this weekend. Whew.
Friday afternoon I had my final session with one of my health coaching clients. She was absolutely fabulous and I will miss seeing her and her kids every other week. Friday night we went to dinner with friends. Hubby, our friend J, and I decided we would each try one of Wild Wings’ Braveheart wings. They are the HOTTEST they have. Here I am getting ready:
WOW! When they say hot, they mean it. I ate about half the wing and my mouth was on fire. I could not get enough liquid in me and I couldn’t feel my lips for a while. The boys experienced the same. We won’t need any more of those.
Saturday morning was the Hotter ‘n Hell 5K. You can read my race recap HERE. After the race Saturday was our 31 Celebrate and Connect meeting. After that, I was TIRED and SORE and didn’t get much accomplished for the remainder of the day.
Sunday was completely different. Some rest on Saturday and a good night’s sleep meant I got ALL my to-dos done and more. I am ready to start this week and stay on top of things.
Today starts the last week of Tina’s Best Body Bootcamp. Here were my workouts last week:
- Monday – 10 minute arms, 10 minute stretch video
- Tuesday – 2.3 miles in 42:10
- Wednesday – 10 minute arms, 10 minute stretch video
- Thursday – 31 minute walk (forgot Garmin), 10 minute stretch video
- Friday – 10 minute arms, 10 minute stretch video
- Saturday – 5K in 51:55
- Sunday – rest day, 10 minute stretch video
I am very excited to say that Monday, Wednesday, and Friday were MORNING workouts. I have implemented my morning exercise plan, and like I said, I am starting slow. I never felt nauseous so I must be on the right track.
My personal goals for last week and this week are:
- Drink 48oz of water
- Do a 10 minute FitnessGlo stretch video
I intend to continue the 10 minute of stretching after bootcamp is over. I really think it has helped.
My tentative schedule for this week:
- Monday – Morning Workout (see below)
- Tuesday – Walking
- Wednesday – Morning Workout (see below)
- Thursday – Rest Day
- Friday – Morning Workout (see below)
- Saturday – 5K
- Sunday – Rest day or possibly Biking
This week I intend my morning workouts to be the 10 minute arms video, 10 minute on the elliptical, and the 10 minute stretch video. I will keep you posted how this goes. I want to have a great final week of bootcamp.
