Fabulous Friday Five . . .

Good morning and TGIF! The weekend is almost here. My plan for the weekend is PRODUCTIVITY! I want to get a LOT done this weekend because starting Wednesday after work, I am off for FOUR days and I plan to RELAX and have FUN. There will be a cookout, some pool time, some mother/daughter shopping time, hopefully a few naps, and more.

Ball Chair

A balance ball chair! I brought the ball home to get it blown up and I will be sitting in the chair (hopefully) part of today. My plan is to build up to where I am using the ball chair most of the chair. This will help my posture and make sure I am engaging my abs more.

    I have been thinking for a week or 2 now exactly what Susan’s tweet above says. It is really HARD for me to get enough protein, but I feel so much better when I do!
