Good morning and TGIF! I am still feeling that “good sore” from my strength workout Wednesday. Last night I headed to the gym and walked on the treadmill for a while. Today I plan to try a yoga or stretching video.
Something I have been failing to do – AGAIN – take photos. I will try to do better starting today!

We are going on an off-roading trip this weekend!!! We are heading out of town with friends to meet up with some of their family, then we are all taking an off-roading trip. I am looking forward to getting away for the day. I promise to take my camera and get some pictures.
