Good morning and TGIF! Thursday was almost as beautiful as Wednesday. I met a couple of girlfriends for lunch and we sat outside and enjoyed the weather. Yesterday evening the humidity returned. My walk was nice, but sweaty.
Today is my work from home day. This weekend I have left clear in order to get caught up and get some rest. I am in the final stretch of my health coaching certification and want to stay on top of my modules and start studying for the final exam. I have also been super tired this week, so I want to make sure I get plenty of rest this weekend.

Summer Beach Workout by Allison – This one is appropriate since three weeks from yesterday Mom and I leave for the beach. Which means three weeks from right now I will wake up at the beach. I am really looking forward to some walks on the beach. Do you workout at the beach?
4 Healthy, Quick, and Portable Breakfast Ideas by Anne – I am always looking for new breakfast ideas since I seem to get stuck in a rut easily. I will be having number 4 “the yogurt mess” today.
