Disclosure Policy

I love gadgets, accessories, healthy products, cosmetics, walking 5Ks, eating out, and more. I often review products, restaurants, events, services, and more in order to share my experience and opinions with others. Understand that these are myOPINIONS.

From time to time, companies will send me products to try, free of cost. Whenever I review or refer to a product that was provided to me, I will make it clear in the post. My reviews are honest and compensation of cash or product does not have any bearing on my content. If I do not like a product that was sent to me for review, I will either not review it or I will provide the reasons I didn’t like the product (but that you might). For example, I am a very picky eater – just because I don’t like a flavor or food doesn’t mean you won’t love it.

For products I purchased, I don’t make a habit of stating that I paid for the item. Just know that if the item was sent for free that I will clearly indicate it in the blog post.

From time to time, I do accept sponsored posts, for which I am paid in cash or other compensation. When I do that, I make it very clear up front in the post and will include a link to this policy.
