Hello and Happy Monday! Today is the 10th and final in my Dear Coach series. I worked with Mike Vacanti, my online personal trainer from July to November of this year and used this series to document my progress.

The final two weeks were pretty much the same – lower body on MWF and upper body on TR. I am actually sticking with this schedule through the holidays. I am still skipping cardio and am completely okay with that. Want to know why I am okay with skipping cardio? Check out Mike’s video below:

I also wanted to share that Mike has published his first program called Look and Feel Better. It is a 12-week program and he has a men’s version and a women’s version. They are $67 each or you can buy both as a bundle for $90. Not this is NOT an affiliate link and I actually bought the women’s copy myself. (What can I say? I love Mike!)
And finally, a progress photo and notes. On the left is when I started (mid July) and on the right is mid-November. I didn’t always weigh and measure as that wasn’t my ultimate goal. I did lose about .5 to 1 pound per week I have no idea how many inches I lost as I can’t find my original measurements. I did go from a 185 assist on the chin up machine to a 130 assist (going down on this machine means progress). I went from using 5 pound dumbbells to 15 pound dumbbells for bicep curls.
