Hello and Happy Monday! I am continuing my “Dear Coach” series to keep you informed of the progress as I work with Mike Vacanti, my online personal trainer. Be sure and subscribe to his Youtube channel as he does fantastic videos.
Week Thirteen – October 3rd
A great week of workouts. Nothing out of the ordinary happened. I am finally in a groove with no injuries and sticking to the most recent training plan – which I LOVE!
Week Fourteen – October 10th
Pretty much in a routine right now. Added in an extra day on the weekends. I really felt my extra Saturday yesterday morning. I wound up heading to the hot tub to soak my muscles.
You are probably wondering why I am starting out with ice cream. Have you tried Halo Top ice cream yet? It is AMAZING! Halo Top is low calorie, low sugar, high protein ice cream. It actually does fit my macros many days and one day I ate a whole pint.
Loving the leg press this round. My Monday and Fridays are mostly arms and Wednesdays are mostly legs. So, starting this past weekend, I have added a Saturday or Sunday to repeat Wednesday’s workout to get legs in twice.
Cable seated rows made it into my plan this time. Honestly, I had never done them before, but I am really enjoying them and am trying to increase the weights each time.
