The fitness tips given were fabulous. I thought I would compile them for you . . .

* BABY STEPS. A little each day. Consistently. – Carla

* Go get a little exercise, even when you don’t feel like it. You WILL feel better after. – Missy

  1. I love baby steps — such a great tip! You don’t have to go from 0 to 60 mph in 2 seconds. Start by adding five minutes of exercise to your day… and gradually increase that until it is just a natural part of your routine like brushing your teeth or taking a shower!
