Beginning Best Body Bootcamp!

Good morning and Happy Tuesday! Well, it is finally here. Tina‘s Best Body Bootcamp started YESTERDAY!

What a fabulous group! We have 324 (!!!) people participating for 8 weeks. Each week we have the chance to win prizes and at the end there will be three grand prize winners – of CASH! Cash is always a great prize.

What does bootcamp consist of?

  • Complete 5 days of activity per week. My weeks will be slightly different from the majority because I am actually a client of Tina’s and I get personalized training.
  • Pick 2 health related goals. I picked log my food daily and stretch/yoga for 10 minutes per day. We need to complete them at least 5 days during the week.
  • If we have a blog, blog about the process.

That’s it. We have a great Facebook group that is available to us. Many of the participants are on Twitter, MyFitnessPal, Sparkpeople, etc. I am super excited about the supportive community that has come out of this. Over 300 people all working to be healthy and encouraging each other. LOVE IT!

I don’t know how Tina is keeping all of this organized. Just trying to keep up with the Facebook posts are already overwhelming. She is really a ROCKSTAR!

This is a great chance to rededicate myself to my workouts along with logging my food and stretching. Last week was tough for me. My mind and body were tired. But I am back and ready to go!

  1. Awesome! I am doing the boot camp too, and so excited to see so many people wanting to get healthy! I’m looking at it the same way … a change to reorganize myself and my workouts!

  2. I do boot-camps every morning. Meet up with a few of my good friends and have at it. Makes it funner and gives you more motivation to actually go. If you have the time, try the Bar Method workout. It is very intense, but man it hits the muscles deep!

  3. Wuhu…I’m also taking in part in the Bootcamp! You’re so right, Tina is a Rockstar. I can already tell that I won’t really be that productive the next couple of weeks if I leave my facebook open 😉

      Seriously, who knew the facebook group would be so supportive. I just keep checking and checking. Most active group I have ever seen.
