Good morning and Happy Tuesday! Well, it is finally here. Tina‘s Best Body Bootcamp started YESTERDAY!
What a fabulous group! We have 324 (!!!) people participating for 8 weeks. Each week we have the chance to win prizes and at the end there will be three grand prize winners – of CASH! Cash is always a great prize.
What does bootcamp consist of?
- Complete 5 days of activity per week. My weeks will be slightly different from the majority because I am actually a client of Tina’s and I get personalized training.
- Pick 2 health related goals. I picked log my food daily and stretch/yoga for 10 minutes per day. We need to complete them at least 5 days during the week.
- If we have a blog, blog about the process.
That’s it. We have a great Facebook group that is available to us. Many of the participants are on Twitter, MyFitnessPal, Sparkpeople, etc. I am super excited about the supportive community that has come out of this. Over 300 people all working to be healthy and encouraging each other. LOVE IT!
I don’t know how Tina is keeping all of this organized. Just trying to keep up with the Facebook posts are already overwhelming. She is really a ROCKSTAR!
This is a great chance to rededicate myself to my workouts along with logging my food and stretching. Last week was tough for me. My mind and body were tired. But I am back and ready to go!
