They have declared a state of emergency in Tennessee. Luckily I have a fabulous boss who decided to close today instead of putting us in danger. Hubby is also home today. And this is in the fridge!
I am keeping all of my gadgets on charge on the chance we lose power sometime today (power outages have started being reported in the past half hour). There is a chance that hubby’s 10 mile race tomorrow morning will be canceled/postponed due to the weather. We are supposed to have a decision by 5PM.

Simple Crab Cakes by Abby – Not only do these look simple to prepare, they are only 100 calories per crab cake. Wish I had remembered this recipe BEFORE the ice storm. Could have made a great lunch today.
