In three days, I need to complete 7 miles to reach ONE HUNDRED miles walked and biked for the month of July. WOOHOO!!! I am quite excited about this. The chart above shows my stats for the past 12 months. Although I really only started using Dailymile consistently in April.
I love being able to see my progress in Dailymile. Starting tomorrow, I am going the next step. I bought a Polar FT60 Heart Rate Monitor. It has all kind of features, but first I need to make sure I am getting in my target heart rate zone.
