Last week I mentioned that it was ONLY 100 days til summer. OMG! So, I got busy setting some goals for the next 90 days (March, April, May). I made 4 overall goals for the 90 days. Then I broke them into smaller goals for March and weekly tasks. Here is the pyramid I came up with:
I made sure to check my 13 for 2013 goals to make sure I was incorporating them. That includes the 5Ks, the planks, and having toned arms for summer. This is something I can print out and keep with me to remind me daily what I should be doing and what my goals are.
