90 Day Goal Pyramid

Last week I mentioned that it was ONLY 100 days til summer. OMG! So, I got busy setting some goals for the next 90 days (March, April, May). I made 4 overall goals for the 90 days. Then I broke them into smaller goals for March and weekly tasks. Here is the pyramid I came up with:

I made sure to check my 13 for 2013 goals to make sure I was incorporating them. That includes the 5Ks, the planks, and having toned arms for summer. This is something I can print out and keep with me to remind me daily what I should be doing and what my goals are.

    by the end of MAY I have a ton I want to achieve…I really should list it out as most of it is not fitness (mental healthy and new neighborhood stuffs :-)) and it’s all so easy to “forget”

    • It is so easy to forget our goals and desires if we don’t write it out somewhere where we see it often!

    • YEAH! This was all fitness related, my big non fitness related goal is studying to be a health coach. That is pretty much taking all my extra time!

  2. Ohh- great goals. And I totally dig the concept of pyramid goal setting. Seeing everything written out and organized makes it so much more solid and realistic than just envisioning things!
