I cannot believe that we are in our FINAL month of 2015. Seriously this year has just flown by! Are you starting to think about goals for 2016?
Yoga at least 1 – 2x per month – I made the decision to take this goal off my list earlier in the year. Check out why I felt like giving up on this goal was the right decision for me. I am still at peace with having given up on this goal.
Walk an average of one 5K per month – DONE! Let me tell you, I really thought that this might not happen, but on Thanksgiving morning I walked my 12th 5K for the year. You can check out my final race recap HERE.
Start online health and fitness coaching business – Announced an SEO Book for Bloggers yesterday, and more exciting things coming this month. So much I want to do, so little time. I am also giving away 9 tips for surviving the holidays. Just put in your email address in the popup!
Give/sell things I am not using and stop buying things I don’t truly need – I have done pretty good with this one this year. I am much better about buying clothes that I truly like. I have another bag of clothes started to giveaway.
Utilize standing desk at work more often – Still on hold. However, I have the Apple Watch now and it helps me remember to stand at least one minute every hour for 12 hours. I am trying to make a point of getting the 12 “points” every day. I also have a small move goal I am working to meet each day.I met my “move” goal every day in November and only missed my “stand” goal once (on the 1st).
Bench press 150 pounds by end of year – I am at 80 pounds so far. I doubt I will meet this by year end, but it is still a goal. Still struggling with some right shoulder pain.

- Worked out twice with a personal trainer
- Got high-speed internet at the house
- Took a course on Pinterest
- Took a course on writing and building an ebook
- Finished Abby’s blog course
- Attended my quarterly essential oils class
- Brunch and shopping with a girl friend
- Black Friday shopping with my mom
- Dinner with friends
- Date nights with hubby
