I love listening to music while I work out. Even in the cardio theater (with a movie playing), I will often have my headphones in listening to music. If I am walking alone, I will ALWAYS be listening to music. I was super excited when Run Hundred shared their list of the top 10 workout songs of 2015 according to 128,000 folks polled on their workout music site. (I bolded my favs!)
