Yesterday was mainly an around the house day. Computer work, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, etc. I was super sore from Saturday’s spinning and mowing, so I took a rest day from activity. I wish I had snapped a photo of last night’s dinner – Turkey Tacos. They were amazing.
This is going to be a busy week with my regular day job and my side business selling Thirty-One. I have multiple events this week. Not sure I am expecting a lot of orders, but I hope to meet lots of new people and get some new contacts. These are both mini zipper pouches. The owl one is actually thermal lined to hold snacks, medications, or even makeup.
Best Body Bootcamp Round 2 ended yesterday. Be sure and head over to Tina’s blog to register for Best Body Bootcamp Round 3. Sadly I will not be joining for this round. Almost half the time will be post-surgery so I know I won’t be getting in my workouts. I look forward to joining everyone next year for round 4.

Stop and think about this when you want to quit. Try for a few extra reps. Try a heavier weights. Try to go one more minute on the cardio machine.

Here’s some great tips to get back on track. I love these! Most important – drink water. Have some water with you everywhere you go. And don’t skip any meals. I know you are tempted, we all are. Skipping meals will NOT help.
