Back on Track…Monday Motivation!!!

GOOD MORNING! Here we go again. MONDAY! Are you ready? In case you have missed them, here are some recent posts you might want to check out:

iPhone 5-4-3-2-1 Weekend with 5 great blog posts to read, 4 pictures, 3 tweeps to follow, 2 workouts to try and 1 wish for the weekend (which did NOT come true by the way).

My blog went ORANGE for the day in anticipation of the big UT vs Florida game. Sadly, we did NOT win.

Let’s Play 25 Questions. Feel free to leave your answers in the comments or link to your blog. This is such a fun game to play.

Yesterday was mainly an around the house day. Computer work, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, etc. I was super sore from Saturday’s spinning and mowing, so I took a rest day from activity. I wish I had snapped a photo of last night’s dinner – Turkey Tacos. They were amazing.

This is going to be a busy week with my regular day job and my side business selling Thirty-One. I have multiple events this week. Not sure I am expecting a lot of orders, but I hope to meet lots of new people and get some new contacts. These are both mini zipper pouches. The owl one is actually thermal lined to hold snacks, medications, or even makeup.

Best Body Bootcamp Round 2 ended yesterday. Be sure and head over to Tina’s blog to register for Best Body Bootcamp Round 3. Sadly I will not be joining for this round. Almost half the time will be post-surgery so I know I won’t be getting in my workouts. I look forward to joining everyone next year for round 4.

Let’s Get Motivated!

Stop and think about this when you want to quit. Try for a few extra reps. Try a heavier weights. Try to go one more minute on the cardio machine.

Yep. You are going to have to do the work. No one else. Just you! No one but you will make your health a priority.

Every day – ask yourself…

Don’t let your bad day become a bad week, month, or year. Get back on track immediately.

Here’s some great tips to get back on track. I love these! Most important – drink water. Have some water with you everywhere you go. And don’t skip any meals. I know you are tempted, we all are. Skipping meals will NOT help.

What’s motivating you this week? Anything exciting planned for the week?

Enjoy you day!

  2. It is the last one for sure. Repeat. Day in day out. Year in and out. Forever.

And easier said—at least for me– than done!
